Gaithersburg MD, USA — At the end of (or during) this session, using your notes and ISO/IEC 17025 or NIST HB 143, you will be able to:
- Explain the concepts of uncertainty;
- Develop an uncertainty budget based on concepts presented in NISTIR 6969, SOP 29;
- Properly Calculate and Report measurement uncertainties for your processes.

NIST WMD has a number of seminars scheduled for 2011. The websinars are two hours in length with specific learning objectives and activities designed to engage participants in an online environment. Each NIST WMD webinar generally begins at 2 PM and ends at 4 PM on the dates shown below. There is often prework and prerequisites and learning objectives provided to participants prior to each session.
